The property forms a group of buildings including a rectangular manor house centred on its inner courtyard, surrounded by grounds of approx. 4 ha comprising mixed woodland, meadows and a small valley, and featuring a renowned spring. Beyond the boundaries of the estate, the surroundings might seem rather unattractive to some - given the presence of greenhouses and farm buildings. La propriété est centrée sur un ensemble bâti formant un château de plan rectangulaire tourné vers sa cour intérieure, entouré d'un parc d'environ 4 ha qui regroupe forêt aux essences multiples, prairie et vallon, et qui bénéficie de la présence en son sein d'une source renommée. Au-delà des limites du terrain, l'environnement pourrait à certains yeux manquer un peu d'attrait - du fait de la présence de serres et de bâtiments d'exploitation agricole - si le noble aspect de la propriété, allié à l'ampleur de ses bâtiments et de son parc, ne les faisait oublier dès l'accès en son cœur, par une longue allée bordée de pins parasol majestueux.
L'édifice est constitué de plusieurs constructions, bâties au fil des siècles, reliées entre elles extérieurement et intérieurement. Élevé en pierre de taille pour l'essentiel d'un niveau et pour partie de deux étages sur rez-de-jardin, il est composé d'un corps de logis du 18e s., d'un pavillon du 16e s. et d'un ancien chai, qui se suivent harmonieusement et s'organisent autour d'une cour fermée avec puits central, ouvrant vers l'extérieur par un porche.
