The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful Art Deco building, just a short walk from Antwerp Central train station, and can be reached via the authentic staircase or passenger lift. You enter the apartment into a spacious entrance hall with, on the right side a separate toilet, a large storage room and a cozy kitchen with balcony. On the left side of the entrance hall is the generous living and dining area. Due to the wide facade and the large steel windows, this space enjoys an abundance of light. Through the hallway you reach three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are located at the rear, and the third room is located in the front. The apartment is full of authentic Art Deco elements such as the original parquet and floor tiles, the beautiful high ceilings, the wooden and metal joinery, the original radiators and the burnt glass details.
The cost for the common part of the building, elevator and provisions for water are 170 euro/month. Electricity and gas meters are individual. Appliances such as washing machine, fridge and lighting fixtures will be included.
