This new apartment is located in the Leuven city center and is perfectly suited for expats that are in Leuven for a research visit. The apartment is a penthouse, located on the 4th floor , with a stunning view on the Saint Michael's Church (anno 1650) which is just in front of the apartment. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a bus station in front of the building. The apartment is just 100 meters from restaurants/cafes, and the shopping street. No traffic noise of any kind.

The apartment is usually rented to expats who stay in Leuven for a longer period. We prefer to now rent it via the 3-6-9 formula.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi internet is at your cost. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are provided. This is a no pets and no smoking building.
