The site is fully fenced with access control and comprises two logistics buildings and a detached office building.

There is a high-voltage cabin and numerous parking spaces for trucks and cars.

Building A has four warehouses of 2,000 m² each with a clear height of 8 metres, solar panels and a polished concrete floor.

Each warehouse has a gate and is accessed via a central loading and unloading area with seven loading docks equipped with dock levellers.

Hall 1 is equipped with a cooling system (to 3 to 4°C), and Hall 3 can be heated if necessary.

The 3,200 m² site can be used as a standing area for trucks.

Containers with WC, shower and kitchenette are available as additional facilities for drivers.

In the main building, there is a central entrance hall with reception and communal toilets. 

On the ground floor and first floor, office spaces are available from 25 m². 

Both storage spaces and offices can be flexibly combined.
