These offices are rented furnished. Kitchen, sanitary facilities and meeting room will be shared.

The rental price is all-in and includes:
- furniture as drawn on the plan
- individual access and use of the Internet
- cleaning general and private parts
- Utilities consumption: gas, electricity and water
- sufficient parking (1 space per workplace)
- green maintenance park
- separate mailbox
- shared use of sanitary facilities, kitchen and meeting room for 6-8 people (equipped with Samsung Flip Chart).
- property tax

Excluding the rental price:
- telephone consumption (can be provided)
- nameplates, doors and parking are invoiced

These all-in rates for the offices are as follows:

unit 6: €1,000/month
