The loft is located on the 2nd floor. Up to the first floor you can take the lift, followed by a staircase up to the private terrace shared with one other flat.
Through a double glass door you step into the open living space: living room, fully equipped kitchen, office, sitting area and two small mezzanines. Eye-catcher is the large round, containing the bedroom, built entirely of custom-made cupboards that provide lots of storage space. Creating an extra room with floor space of 20m2 is easy to do.
