Located in the heart of Ghent, on the second floor of a medieval building, I am renting out my loft for one year, starting February 15, 2025. The loft is spacious and full of character, with a large kitchen, a comfortable shower, and an open living area with plenty of natural light. It is partly furnished with a good bed and mattress, a work desk, a table with four chairs, and some storage. The rent is €875 per month + €75 monthly cleaning fee (excluding energy and water costs). In het hart van Gent, op de tweede verdieping van een charmant middeleeuws gebouw, verhuur ik mijn loft voor een jaar vanaf 15 februari 2025. De loft is ruim en sfeervol, met een grote keuken, een fijne douche en een open leefruimte met veel daglicht. Hij is deels ingericht met een goed bed en matras, een bureau, een tafel met vier stoelen en wat opbergruimte.
