Each room has been optimised and finished with sustainable materials, and everyone has a private fridge. We provide a double bed in each room and air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a secure bicycle shed and a rubbish storage area, and on the top floor is the communal kitchen for cosy cooking moments. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the building.

Thanks to its central location in Leuven, you can immediately enjoy student life and the many facilities nearby. Moreover, the square regularly hosts entertaining performances during the summer months.
We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, water, heating and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts.
