Welcome to this cosy, furnished 25m2 studio, with separate sleeping area and overlooking the Bondgenotenlaan. The residence is centrally located with an entrance along the pedestrian Diestsestraat.
The separate sleeping area is an added bonus and gives an extra cosy feeling when you go to bed at night. This studio has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and its own equipped kitchen with dining area, including fridge and microwave.
There is also a large bike shed, shared washing machine and tumble dryer and a large terrace for all the students. The common areas are cleaned weekly by our cleaning staff.
We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
