There is also a fridge and microwave in the room. The room is also particularly suitable for couples thanks to its large double bed and two spacious desks.

This beautiful and modern student residence is centrally located within the city ring road with entrance along la Mechelsestraat. There is easy access to the motorway (E40-E314). Different sizes of rooms available. There is also a communal kitchen, large bike shed, washer and dryer and a large garden for all the students. The common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service.

We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
