Welcome to this cosy, furnished room of 16m2, with balcony and private bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. In the room there is also a fridge with freezer and microwave available.

In this student residence we have beautiful modern rooms and studios, centrally located with an entrance along the pedestrian Diestsestraat. There is also a large bicycle shed, shared washing machine and dryer and a large terrace for all the students. The common parts are cleaned weekly by our cleaning service. We work with a monthly flat rate for the consumption of electricity, heating, water and superfast internet. This price includes fire insurance, maintenance and weekly cleaning of the common parts, lift and waste containers.
