We are renting out our house for one year (January to December 2025 - dates negotiable).
It is located in a quiet street in Borgerhout, within walking distance of vibrant places such as the Laar, Krugerplein, Bar Chapel and many more.

The living area is 150m² with a cosy south-west facing city courtyard of 15m².
On the ground floor is the living room, followed by the dining room, which opens onto the terrace. There is also a half-open, sunny and fully equipped kitchen where you can have breakfast at the large counter. A sliding window, connecting the kitchen area more closely to the terrace is a nice bonus. A separate guest toilet is also located here.

The spacious bathroom with laundry area is located on the mezzanine level. It is equipped with walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, two washbasins and a toilet.

On the first floor there are two rooms, the largest of which is set up as a bedroom, with fully fitted built-in wardrobe. The second room is now used as an additional dressing room.

Finally, the two rooms on the top floor are currently set up as an office and leisure room with Waterrower, but could easily serve as additional bedroom(s).

The rent is €1900 per month, including all living costs;
