Quiet studio / loft in Central Leuven
Quiet and spacious studio/loft on the top floor of our two-storied townhouse in central Leuven. It has a double bed (180cm) with a good mattress, a private bathroom (with a shower), a work desk, electric shutters, cupboards and a small kitchenette. Access from the staircase is separate, so there is lots of privacy. Plenty of air and light. The city centre, KUL faculties, and the University Hospital are within walking distance. Please reach out in case of any question. (The kitchenette is more equipped than suggested by the picture: there are cooking utensils, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine, a fridge, a double induction plate, a fan, etc.). There is a shared (new) washing machine on the ground floor of the house. The house holds three studios/appartments, which are all inhabited by academics (postdoc, PhD student). Free from February 2024.
