Studio in the city centre of Leuven
You can find the studio in the hart of the city centre. The trainstation, Oude and Grote markt are at aproximately 5 minutes walking distance. There is a calm atmosphere in the building. The studio has a kitchenette , spacious bathroom with bath and seperate toilet. The studio has high ceilings and a lot of natural light coming in. A foldable bike or step can be placed in the basement of the building. The building is no student accomodation. Students can not be a candidate for renting. The renter needs to register the address of the studio as their official address at the city hall. Renting price is 670 Euro/month. Maintenance of the communal areas are included in the rental price. There is a fixed cost of 90 Euro/month for water, electricity and gas. Internetprovider needs to be organised by the renter. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the building.
