35 sqm studio comprises a sleeping, dining, living areas, a separate kitchen with an induction stove and an oven, fridge and much storage space. The bathroom contains a shower room, sink and a toilet.
There is an intercom in the apartment that allows to open the doors to any visitors conveniently. The entrance to the building is secured with two doors, and requires a badge to enter.
Studio comes with a cellar of around 3-4 sqm that fits bikes and other potential things to store.
The building has a concierge that cleans weekly, it is always kept in good condition. There is a common trash area which is managed by the concierge as well, so you do not have to follow the waste disposal schedules.
Tram stop with trams 8 and 7 right in front of the building, bus 71 just two minutes away. Close to shopping area at Bascule, parks, restaurants etc. Forest of Bois de la Cambre is just a 2 minute walk.
1 year renewable contract.
