The frontage line is flush with house no 39 or as indicated on the plan. Construction-free strip of min 3m from the side plot boundary on the right. Building depth, max 12m at ground level and 12m at first floor level. The building height under cornice is: max 2 storeys or 5.5m +/- 1m opposite the natural ground level at the height of the front building line for the main building, 3m for the outbuilding on the left which connects to the existing garage. The roofs have a slope of min 0degrees and max 50degrees.

A garden shed and/or detached outbuilding is allowed at a minimum of 2m from the plot boundary and a maximum of 25m behind the front facade line, with the approval of the authorities, it can be built in the plot boundary with a maximum surface area of 30m².
