Building regulations: 

The gable width is 12.50 metres.
For a gable roof (0-45 degrees), the cornice height is a maximum of 5.5m. Roof shape is free to choose within the minimum and maximum building volume. 
The main building has a maximum of two full building layers.
The maximum height of outbuildings is limited to 3.5m. 
Pavements should be limited as much as possible, especially to the necessary terraces (30m²). A maximum of half of this area can alsobe paved between the building line and the building line.
