“Bloei” stands for green, accessibility and affordability in Ghent, with nature as a common thread running through it.
“Bloei” will be built between Ghent-Sint-Pieters, ‘The Loop’ and the AZ Maria Middelares. The City of Ghent will invest in this project area in the coming years to create a new and vibrant city district.
The Project
The Bloei residential project, spread over several buildings along Vossenbos, consists of a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments all equipped with a spacious terrace.
Large windows of Bloei draw in light while enjoying an open view of the park or forest, while maintaining privacy. The apartments of Bloei are practically laid out so that you can make the most of and furnish all the spaces. In phase 2, we offer you building Marjolein (4) and building Steenanjer (5).
