Project Keizerpoort designed by the architectural firm awg architecten - an office that can now bend to a long and rich tradition, is an example of sustainable building. It is also the final piece of a very ambitious neighborhood development plan that started with the reconversion and construction of the Cotton Island project. This contemporary building complex is located at the entrance gate of the center of Ghent along a side arm of the Schelde. This at 1,300 m walking distance from the Capitole and 1,800 m from the Kouter. It includes apartments with 1,2 and 3 bedrooms.
