Rent is 1200 EUR excluding charges (stay >1 year), 2700 EUR (1-12m)
There are 2 options for the charges:
- 300 EUR all-in for internet, tv, electricity, gas, water, fire insurance (option for short stay expats)
- 35 EUR for water only and put everything else on your own name / contracts directly with suppliers (option for long stay residents)
Deposit is 3 months rent value, excl. charges.
Description of premises 50% cost tenant 50% cost landlord will be executed to make an inventory and state the condition of the flat upon check-in.
Max. one couple and one child/ extra adult
