Other: the apartment is only available for a short rental period of 1-3 months. All utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, TV) are included in the rent. Weekly cleaning is provided. Domicile is possible. A one-off cost of €100 is charged for the final cleaning. The rental price includes VAT. The Brederode neighborhood is a multicultural neighborhood and owes its name to the Brederodestraat, an important shopping street in the heart of the neighborhood.
