It will immediately become a landmark: In fact, the new project is the greenest building in Belgium. Palazzo Verde, as the building is called, is characterized by its special symbiosis between architecture and nature, including three roof gardens. In total, the 86 trees, 1,000 shrubs and 1,200 plants will purify about 5 tons of CO2 annually. The roof gardens are accessible to all residents.
