Zuiderzicht is a design by the Dutch-Belgian team KCAP and EVR architects. With the Antwerp, the team won the first prize in an international architecture competition. The apartment is located on the 22nd floor which provides a beautiful view over the park and the "Nieuw Zuid". From noon until sunset the apartment enjoys lots of sunlight. One enters the apartment through an entrance hall with checkroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room with plumbing for a washing machine and dryer.
