The plot is located in an approved subdivision from 1999, which was canceled by the graphic plan RUP Molenkouter Revision. This means that the subdivision regulations no longer apply, but the RUP regulations do. Destination: The main purpose is residential with one dwelling allowed per building. Ancillary activities are permitted, provided they respect the residential character of the neighborhood.
Façade: The front façade of the main building must be located on or within 3 meters of the construction alignment.
Depth and width: Maximum depth of 13,79 meters and maximum width of 6.88 meters.
Cornice: Maximum height of 6.50 meters. New cornices of linked buildings must connect to adjacent cornices. Ground floor extensions have a flat roof with a maximum height of 3.50 meters.
Roof shape: Slope between 0° and 45°. All roof shapes are allowed, provided the maximum surface is not exceeded. Flat roofs are allowed, with a maximum of 2 floors.
